Good afternoon friends and family of Sikelela.

Today we mark 6 years of a a newly baby born (Sikelela Military Housing Co-operative). I am so happy today to see how we have been so persistant. A vision of a young man from the Village of Hammanskraal that today is owned by a powerful board directors and the World. It has not been easy to date. I have been proactive from the first day of my deployment in the South African Navy. A lot has been achieved career wise. When I look back six years ago, I found out that something is wrong with regards to one's wealth creation. Property remain to be the most hottest potato amongst our mist. We are the empowered youth, man and women of the country but we struggle to benefit from property development within the Urban pheriphacy (Simon's Town). I had a vision for housing provision for the SANDF, Public servants and other citizens of the country. I visioned creating wealth through housing. As a Commander and Leader of the people's saw it very important for the interpretation of the Vision. We met with the former Flag Officer Fleet Rear Admiral Bravo Mhlana with the support of Flag Officer Commanding R Adm (JG) J. Dlamini. Presented the pertition of 600 families. They both gave a principle support. It was not easy until early 2019 when I met Hon Hendricks from Aljamar Party one started to shared light later & I was introduced to General Zolile Ngose (Godfather) and Commander Leonard Malindi from Luthuli Detachment. Now I realise the empoyer is being built. We had our official meeting as a strategic partner for Armscor. New business developments are in discusions. Sikelela Military housing Co-operative has provided candidate even's to the Principles for consideration and transfer to the Co-operative. The proces is underway. I am so overwhelmed by the support we getting from the stake holders even though the land issue remains to be challenging. We have a formula for the State and Private land for the development framework. I invite developers to join Sekelela and assist our communities create through housing. Our Portfolio Director Alen Dickenson is available 24/7 to take you through our platform. Sikelela to be the SOE's and Provinces vehicle to build 1,2 M houses in 20 years and to growth the Country's GDP in 1%.
