Everyone has the right to have access to adequate housing. South Africa's constitution provides that the state must take reasonable legislative actions and other measures, within its available resources, to achieve the progressive realization of houses for citizens within reasonable proximity to places of work.
You know what upsets me is that so many of us need housing because staying in military accommodation is 9/10 condemned yet apparently housing is only for Warrant Officers and officers who fall in the "Price bracket".
I have managed without help to buy outside. This program says they offer help to "everyone" ... I think not!
